Apply Charge Adjustments during Event Level Usage Rating
- Added a new checkbox on the Balance Profile overview page "Include charge adjustments during rating".
- Default state: ON (checked). Can only be enabled while the Balance Profile is in Draft.
- Activates new calculation logic for specific scenarios: Allowances, Estimates, Commitments, Summarised Rating, and Volume Rating.
- Applied during usage rating, usage re-rating (allowances), and lifecycle events (close, amend, renew).
- Net Price = Usage Quantity * (List Price - Adjustments - Grants)
- When enabled:
- Ad-hoc bill adjustments on the usage charge are not allowed.
- Ad-hoc adjustments created after activation are not considered by the rating logic.
- Charge adjustments added after rating are not considered for that rating period.
- Pricing Term is not considered.
