Form Data Report

The Form Data Report lets users audit submitted form data to confirm that forms collect data in the expected format and write it to the correct fields. The data is written to tables in Fusion Unity for review, integrations, and export.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips and considerations

Try it out

1. Publish a form after 26C.
2. Open the form summary and view the Form Data Report.
3. Alternatively, use the action link for that form on the Forms list page.

Tips and Considerations

• The report returns up to 500 records.
• The report includes up to six months of data.
• Use the report to validate data capture and field mapping before relying on downstream integrations or exports.

Access requirements

• Ensure users have appropriate roles:
  • Access to Forms is required.
