Programs of Study and Program Instances

Create and maintain programs of study and their time-bound instances. Define the core program details once, then configure each instance's start and end academic period span, instructional settings, credentials, regulatory attributes, identifiers, contacts, and academic requirements that apply for the configured period span.

Program Details

Improve configuration when programs change over time with a centralized, instance-aware program setup experience. Program setup users can maintain program details and related setup data in one redesigned experience, while implementers can use rapid implementation and Functional Setup Manager (FSM) support to load or migrate program setup data instead of relying only on manual entry.

The feature also improves governance and operational control through read-only viewer access, functional security enforcement, audit visibility for supported setup changes, and setup migration support for programs, requirements, and identifiers.
