Redwood: Person Number Search in Performance Goals and Development Goals Pages

From this release, goal administrators can search for managers using their person numbers on the Performance Goals page and they can search for both managers and workers using their person numbers on the Development Goals page.

Easily locate workers whose goals you want to manage using their or their manager’s person numbers and simplify the goal management of your organization.

Steps to enable and configure

To enable Redwood Goals Center, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

NOTE: The Performance Document, Check-in, and Goals Center features are closely connected. So, the Redwood version of these pages can all be enabled or disabled only using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.
