Risk Cloud Daily Digest consolidates relevant Risk Management activity into a daily email. The Risk Cloud Notifications job is scheduled automatically to generate the daily digest email. Authorized users can also run the job on demand to generate eligible emails for qualifying activity since the last successful run. The email is generated only when you have a task requiring attention or a qualifying record-sharing event. If no qualifying events exist, no digest email is sent.

The dynamic template can include sections for certification tasks, access requests, security checkup results, assurance recaps, record access requests, and shared-record or authorization updates. Each email displays only the applicable sections for the recipient and uses the defined priority order when more than one section applies.

Task-based sections continue to display until the recipient completes the associated task. The For Your Awareness section includes informational updates, such as record authorization updates, shared records, and temporary-role access notices, and displays once for each qualifying event.

Tips and considerations

  • The digest is sent only when qualifying tasks or events exist.
  • Sections display only when they are relevant to the recipient.
  • Task-based sections continue to appear until the required action is completed.
  • The For Your Awareness section, including authorization and sharing updates, appears once for the qualifying event.
  • The digest email is sent from Oracle Risk Management and doesn’t accept replies.

Access requirements

Recipients receive digest content based on tasks requiring their attention or records shared with them. Authorized users can run the Risk Cloud Notifications job on demand.
