Vendors Linked to Multiple Subsidiaries
You can use the SuiteApp with NetSuite OneWorld accounts to maintain vendor records for companies that operate across several subsidiaries. With this setup, each subsidiary gets its own vendor profile in BILL, keeping your vendor data organized and up to date.
With the following features, you can manage vendors with multiple subsidiaries:

Separate Vendor Profiles in BILL - For each subsidiary, the SuiteApp creates a unique vendor profile in BILL. This keeps payment information organized.

Automatic Daily Updates - When you update a vendor's address or bank information in NetSuite, the system automatically syncs changes to all related subsidiaries. This sync occurs every day at 5 p.m. Pacific Time (UTC - 8).

Real-Time and Delayed Updates - Updates for a vendor's primary subsidiary appear immediately, but other subsidiaries receive updates after the daily sync. Payments for those subsidiaries are held until the sync is complete.

Monitor Sync Status - To review vendor sync status, go to Payment Automation > Dashboard > Overview. Select a subsidiary and click Overview. In the left panel, under Payments and Vendors, click Vendors.

Manual Sync Option - If you need to process payments before the daily sync, you can manually sync vendor details from the Vendors dashboard. For instructions on manually syncing vendor data, see the help topic Manually Syncing Vendors with BILL.
