India Accumulated Tax Buckets for TDS
India accumulated tax buckets are custom records that hold the tax data for a bucket. A bucket is defined as a unique combination of Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number (TAN), section code, vendor, and accounting period.
The India Accumulated Tax Bucket record contains the accumulated net amount and tax amount for each bucket. When you create, edit, or delete a vendor bill, the SuiteApp automatically updates these amounts for the related bucket. Any changes in the accumulated tax amounts are tracked and can be viewed on the India Audit Trail subtab on the India Accumulated Tax Buckets page.
To view accumulated tax buckets, go to Transactions > India Localization > India Accumulated Tax Buckets.
The SuiteApp automatically calculates TDS when you create or edit a vendor bill, provided the vendor and transaction details include the correct TAN and section code.
To view detailed TDS information for your bills, go to Transactions > India Localization > TDS Tax Details. After you calculate TDS on vendor bills, you can view the tax details for all your bills. For more information, see Viewing TDS Tax Details.
