Setting Content Visibility in Site Management Tools
You can set visibility dates for specific pieces of content when you create or edit the content. You can apply visibility dates to the following:

Website content (image content, text content, merchandising zone content, enhanced merchandising zone content, and HTML content)

Landing pages
-
Commerce categories
You can make content always visible or set it to appear only on a specific date and time. You can edit these dates anytime. Content that's past its end date expires and is available in the Expired Content tab in overview mode. For details, see Site Management Tools Overview Mode. Expired content isn't visible anymore, but it isn't deleted. For details, see SMT Expired Content.
To set content visibility in Site Management Tools:

Log in to Site Management Tools. For details, see Logging into Site Management Tools.

Choose the type of content to add or edit.

From the side panel, choose from the following:

Always Visible – Select this option for content you want to remain on your website. Content is visible on your website immediately after you publish it and remains visible until you remove it.

Visible on Specific Dates – Select this option to show content only for specific dates and times. dates. Use the date selector to set a start date, end date, and time. Click Set after each selection. You can also click Now to use the current date and time.

Define other attributes as desired.

Click Save.
