Decimal Precision in SuiteBilling
SuiteBilling's Price, Quantity, and Discount fields show up to eight decimal places. Values with more than eight decimal places in these fields are rounded to the eighth decimal place. These fields are on:

Rounding to eight decimal places is particularly useful for usage and high-volume products. NetSuite uses eight decimal places for subscription rating calculations until the final charge is determined.
Charge amounts and precision depend on your account currency, and invoices show the amounts in that currency. Charge-based billing may show a blended rate. To add to or edit your account currencies, see Currencies.
