Review Unpublished Changes in Site Management Tools
When you edit, add, or remove content, those changes are saved as unpublished content. This enables you to make changes in advance and then publish those changes immediately or at a date and time. You can review, sort, filter, and publish all content or individual pieces of content.
Click the Review & Publish Changes icon
on the site management toolbar to review your unpublished changes. You can also see content scheduled to display or expire in the future. For more information, see View Site as of a Specific Date in Site Management Tools.
Each unpublished change includes the following information:

Content type
-
Type of change, for example, add or modify
-
Affected page
-
Visibility start and end dates
-
User who made the change
-
Date and time of the change
To review unpublished changes in Site Management Tools:

Log in to Site Management Tools. For details, see Logging into Site Management Tools.

Click the Review & Publish Changes icon
on the site management toolbar. -
Point to the item and click Preview to see the unpublished changes.

Click Edit to open the change in edit mode and make any changes.

Click Close.
If you have saved changes in the Unpublished Changes list that you don't want to publish, you can discard them. For details, see Discard or Expire Content in Site Management Tools.
When you're viewing the unpublished content on your site, you can view the site in Preview Mode or Edit Mode. Change the mode by clicking the button on the site management toolbar.
