There are several steps to creating your marketing campaign. You should complete these to maximize your ability to report on your campaign,
To create a marketing campaign:

For email campaigns, create a template and a template record.

Create a campaign record.

After the campaign record is created and executed, you can view reports and statistics on your campaign events.
