Subscribe To Record Action
Use the Subscribe To Record action to track any changes to a record instance that occur after the action execution. Because the record is tracked, you can create conditions for actions or transitions to execute in the current workflow that depend on field value changes in the referenced record.
The Subscribe To Record action is designed to be used in conjunction with the Create Record action. For example, you create a Phone Call record in a workflow and then subscribe to the Phone Call record. You then create another action that executes only if the status of the Phone Call record changes.
Workflow definitions require a trigger configuration that initiates the workflow, executes an action within a workflow or transitions the workflow from one state to another.

For more information about which workflow triggers the Subscribe To Record action supports, see Workflow Triggers Quick Reference.
