Prioritizing Sales Territories

The Manage Sales Territories page determines the order in which territories appear. If a customer meets the rules for more than one territory, NetSuite assigns them to the territory with the highest priority. You can change the priorities at Setup > Sales > Sales Management > Sales Territories. Click the icon next to the territory name. The row turns gray. Drag to reorder the list.
