Marketing Preferences
You can set company marketing preferences at Setup > Marketing > Preferences > Marketing Preferences. The following preferences affect how your company works with marketing campaigns:

Marketing Template Folder – Choose a file cabinet folder to store your marketing templates.
When you set up Marketing Automation, NetSuite creates the Marketing Templates folder in your File Cabinet.
To create a new folder, go to Documents > File Cabinet.

Default Reply Email Address – Select an email address that appears as the default reply address on email template records.

Default From Email Address – Select an email address that appears as the default from address on email templates.
Note:You can authorize the use of an email address with your marketing campaigns. Go to Setup > Marketing > Setup Tasks > Email Addresses > New.

Default Campaign Domain – Select the campaign domain you want to be selected by default on email and marketing templates. You can create new domains at Commerce > Hosting > Domains. See Campaign Email Domains.

Default Promotion Code on Sales Transactions – Choose one of the following if you want a default promotion code to appear on sales transactions. Leave this field blank if you do not want to default a coupon code on transactions.

First Promotion Code Sent – The promotion associated with the first campaign event sent is the default.

Most Recent Promotion Code Sent – The promotion associated with the most recently sent campaign event is the default.

First Promotion Code Responded To – The promotion associated with the first campaign event to which the customer responded is the default.

Most Recent Promotion Code Responded To – The promotion associated with the most recently send campaign event to which the customer responded is the default.

Based on Lead Source – The promotion associated with the campaign event where the customer’s record has a defined lead source is the default.

Default Lead Source on Sales Transactions -Choose one of the following if you want a default lead source to appear on sales transactions. Leave this field blank if you do not want to default a lead source on transactions.

First Campaign Sent – The lead source for the first campaign event sent is the default.

Most Recent Campaign Sent – The lead source associated with the most recently sent campaign event is the default.

First Campaign Responded To – The lead source of the campaign event to which the customer first responded is the default.

Most Recent Campaign Responded To – The lead source of the most recently sent campaign event to which the customer responded is the default.

Based on Lead Source – The lead source associated with the campaign event where the customer's record has a defined lead source is the default.

Unsubscribed to Marketing by Default – Check this box if you want new records assigned the global subscription status Soft Opt-Out, by default.
Clear this box if you want new records assigned the global subscription status Soft Opt-In, by default.
Note:Keep this box checked until you provide appropriate notice and obtain sufficient consent to automatically subscribe new and existing entities for marketing messages.

Bulk Keyword Campaign Naming Template -Enter the format you want to use for naming keywords you import into your account.
Use {searchengine} and {keyword} tags if you want this information to show in the title of the keyword campaigns you create.

Campaign Test Cells – Check this box if you want to divide recipient groups into test cells to help you evaluate the effectiveness of your campaign templates. For more information, see Marketing Test Cells.

Opt-In Invitation Message – Choose the email template you want to send to customers to invite them to set their subscription preferences.

Opt-In Confirmation Message – Choose the email template you want to send to customers to let them to confirm their current subscription status. This email provides an opportunity for your customers to reaffirm their interest to receive your email. When you send opt-in confirmation messages, it assures your customers that you are committed to sending only the email they want to receive.

Default Sales Rep Notification Template for New Lead – Choose the default marketing template for the Notification Template for New Leads field on online customer forms. This template notifies reps when NetSuite creates a new lead, prospect, or customer through an online form.

Default Sales Rep Notification Template for Existing Customer – Choose the default marketing template for the Notification Template for Existing Customers field on online customer forms. This template notifies reps when one of their existing leads, prospects, or customers updates their information through an online customer form.
You can create new marketing templates at Documents > Templates > Marketing Templates > New.

Unsubscribe Footer Text – Select the font, font size, and text alignment you want applied to the unsubscribe message on your email campaigns and bulk email merge operations.
