Enable CDN Caching

Warning:

NetSuite provides CDN and caching services that must be enabled in NetSuite. Third-party CDN and caching services aren't supported and must not be used as they can cause operational problems.

Important:

Starting September 2025, CDN caching will be required for all websites associated with NetSuite production accounts. You should turn on CDN caching before the deadline to avoid performance issues with your site.

You can enable CDN caching for your website domains. For more information, see Set Up Domains for Web Stores.

To enable the CDN cache:

  1. Go to Commerce > Hosting > Domains.

  2. Click Edit next to the domain name that points to your main website.

    Note:

Another way to access the Domain record is to go to Commerce > Websites > Website List (Administrator). Click Edit next to your domain and go to the Domains tab. Then, click Edit next to your domain.

  3. On the Domain record, in the Advanced section, check the Use CDN Cache box.

  4. Click Save to apply the change.
