E-Document Audit Trail and Statuses
The E-Document Audit Trail subtab logs all changes to an e-document. The Audit Trail is available on the E-Document subtab of a transaction record. The e-document status describes the current processing state of a transaction or e-document. E-document statuses are indicated in the E-Document Status field on the E-Document subtab.
