Linking a Transaction to a Support Case
You can link the following types of transactions to support cases:

Sales orders
-
Invoices
-
Purchase orders
-
Estimates
-
Cash sale
-
Opportunity
-
Work order
For example, your company can create an invoice for a repair service performed for a customer and associate it with the support case that originated the service request.
To link a transaction to a support case:

Open a transaction record.

Click the Related Records subtab.

Click Support Cases.

Click New Case to create a new support case or click Attach to link an existing support case to the transaction.
