Required Permissions for Editing Custom Segments
To be able to open a custom segment for editing and save changes, you must have the appropriate privileges. Further, not all user groups can make changes. The following table gives examples of groups with permission configurations that let them edit segments.
After a custom segment is created, the GL Impact option cannot be changed.

Change any value on the segment definition, except for ID, which can never be changed. Users in this group are the only ones who can change the following value:

These users cannot directly modify anything on the segment definition, but they can work with the segment’s values. They can open the segment definition in View mode and click Manage Values to display a page that lets them work with values. (Whether these users can add, edit, or delete values depends on the exact value of the user’s Value Management Access permission.
