Invoice Approval Workflow
The Invoice Approval Workflow handles validation and approval routing of an invoice before you send it to a customer. It uses set criteria to determine whether an invoice needs approval. A supervisor or billing manager is required to review only incorrect or questionable invoices.
The Invoice Approval Workflow runs these checks:

Identification of a customer’s first invoice

Customers with a credit hold on the account

Validation of payment terms on the invoice against the customer record

Validation of tax amount on the invoice

Identification of flagged customers

Availability
