Enabling the Email Capture Plug-in for Email Approvals
Before you use email approval, you'll need to enable the email capture plug-in in your NetSuite account.
To enable the email capture plug-in:

Go to Customization > Plug-ins > Manage Plug-ins

In the Email Capture Plug-in section, check the SuiteApprovals Email Approval box.
Take note of the email address. You'll need it in the next step.

Click Save.
