Invalid Email Address Notification
When an email message returns an invalid address (hard bounce), records associated with that email address display a warning about the invalid email address. This includes:

email campaigns
-
customer, contact, vendor, employee, and other name records

email messages
Note:
NetSuite will not send messages (for a specified number of days) to addresses that trigger a hard bounce. You set the number of days in the Remove Email Addresses From Bounced Email Address List After preference. Go to Setup > Company > Email > Email Preferences.
