My Project Portfolio Portlet
Monitor a project's health by reviewing snippets of key performance indicators on the My Project Portfolio portlet. The KPIs for budget, resourcing, and financials enable project managers to track and measure the progress of each project toward the goal.
The My Project Portfolio portlet shows all the projects with a status of In Progress, Awarded, and Pending. The list of projects shown on your portlet varies depending on your access level.
By default, projects are sorted by overall status. High risks projects are shown at the top of the list followed by Medium, Low, and then None. You can change the default view into a descending or ascending order by clicking the appropriate column header.
Additionally, you can use the following filters to refine your search results:
-
Project
-
Client
-
Project Manager
-
Project End Date
After you select a value for the first filter, the remaining dynamic filters show only the values relevant to the first selected filter value. These filters include Project, Client, and Project Manager.
The Project End Date lets you select a date range to show only the project within your chosen date range.
Click the Clear All Filters if you want to remove any filters you applied on the projects list. Similarly, the filters are cleared if you load a new page within the dashboard.
The My Project Portfolio portlet shows 20 projects by default, and can display a maximum of 50 projects. If there are more than 50 projects, you can move to the succeeding pages or the previous pages by clicking the Next and Previous icons.
To go to the project's corresponding Overview page, click the name of the project from the table.
The following columns are shown on the My Project Portfolio portlet:

Criteria for the Overall Status of a Project
The system determines the overall status of a project by considering the importance of project KPIs and a project's KPI value. Each KPI has an assigned relative importance while each KPI value has a corresponding KPI score.
The overall status criteria use the following KPIs:
-
Budget vs. EAC
-
Tasks Overdue
-
Tasks Not Resourced
-
Charges Not Invoiced
Depending on a project's KPI value, it can be classified as High, Medium, or Low. The total score for all project KPIs determines the overall status of a project.
The following table shows how the overall status is determined for a project:
