Salesforce Connector Enhancements

Salesforce Connector has been improved with the following new features and enhancements

• You can now define mappings for NetSuite Item to Salesforce Product and Salesforce Product to NetSuite Item Syncs.

• A new setting has been added to support the scenario where a multicurrency Salesforce account syncs to a single currency NetSuite account.

• You can now map values to destination picklists.

• Individual error notification emails have been replaced with a daily error summary email.

The Salesforce Connector July release contains the following fixes:

• Fixed an issue where contact synchronization applied to ineligible contacts and prevented Vendor Contacts from being created successfully.

• Fixed an issue where the Resubmit Failed Records map/reduce script could become undeployed after SuiteApp deployment.

• Fixed an issue where NetSuite sales orders could sync to Salesforce orders even when the corresponding data flow was disabled. Order synchronization now respects the data flow setting.

• Fixed an issue where contacts could sync during Opportunity-to-Sales Order processing when Salesforce-to-NetSuite contact synchronization was not enabled.

• Fixed an issue where all data flows were enabled by default after a new customer completed the setup wizard.

• Fixed an issue where an expired integration user password caused setup to fail during the Validate Package step and left the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Salesforce connection locked. Setup now fails during the Salesforce connection update step when the password is expired.

• Added support for initiating multiple Manual Data Sync and Post to Salesforce operations when RTS is disabled. Each record now maintains an independent posting status.

• Fixed an issue where concurrent postings initiated through Manual Data Sync or Post to Salesforce could fail because of a mapping state save conflict.

Catalog and Price List Sync in Shopify B2B

The Shopify connector now supports catalog and price list sync for B2B merchants. B2B merchants can define item catalogs and price levels in NetSuite, apply item-level fixed price overrides, and automatically sync them to Shopify B2B company accounts. This ensures buyers see the correct products and pricing.

The catalog and price list sync enables you to:

• Sync catalogs with item and price level assignments.

• Apply fixed price overrides per item.

• Automatically assign catalogs to Shopify B2B company accounts.

• Target storefronts using mappings.

Loop Returns in NetSuite Connector

Loop Returns connector is now available in NetSuite Connector.

The Loop Returns Connectors integrate returns, refunds, and exchanges from Shopify through Loop Returns into NetSuite for seamless synchronization.

The integration automates the creation of refund-related records, including Return Authorizations, Item Receipts, and Cash Refunds, in NetSuite. It mirrors actions taken in Shopify and Loop Returns to ensure accuracy. The integration aligns with Shopify and Loop workflows to reduce manual data entry and eliminate discrepancies in the returns process.

Contact your Account Manager to add the Loop Returns connector to your NetSuite Connector account.

NetSuite Connector for Outlook Now Available

NetSuite Connector for Outlook is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that syncs emails and events from Microsoft Outlook to corresponding NetSuite records.

To use NetSuite Connector for Outlook, you need to install the Microsoft Outlook add-in. For information about using NetSuite Connector for Outlook, see Managing NetSuite Connector for Outlook.

AI-Enhanced Error Messages for Shopify Connector

Error messages received from Shopify are now processed through an Oracle NetSuite AI service. The AI-enhanced messages are clearer and more user-friendly.
