Website users can:

• View the status and details of their existing subscriptions, including:

  • Subscription plan name

  • Activation date

  • Last billing date

  • Next billing date

  • Renewal date

  • Subscription status

• View optional add-on lines available for their subscriptions.

  Add-on lines are subscription options added when the subscription plan was created but not included when the subscription was created.

• View the add-on lines (optional line entries) currently active in their subscriptions.

• View the details of their add-ons including the service description, quantity, cost summary, and pricing information.

• Cancel or suspend the subscription line items and add-ons.

  You can configure these options in your subscription configuration record. See Configure Subscriptions.

• Revise the quantity of optional add-on subscription plan items.

  You can configure these options in your subscription configuration record. See Configure Subscriptions.

• Suspend and restart a subscription.

  You can configure these options in your subscription configuration record. See Configure Subscriptions.

• Cancel or suspend a subscription.

  You can configure these options in your subscription configuration record. See Configure Subscriptions.

Users can also filter subscription list results by billing account. See the following sample My Subscriptions page:

After selecting a subscription on the My Subscriptions page, site users can view additional information about the selected subscription, including:

• Activation date

• Last billing date

• Next billing date

• Renewal date

• Subscription status

• Subscription price

• Subscription type

• Subscription quantity

This page also shows any add-on lines associated with the subscription and provides the options to view all add-ons available to the subscription and to cancel the subscription. See the following sample Subscription Detail page:
