Resetting a Forgotten Password from NetSuite for Mobile
It is possible to request a reset of your system password from the login screen. After you request a password reset, you receive a reset link in the inbox of the email address you specified.
To reset your forgotten password:

In the login screen, tap Forgot? in the Password field.

Enter an email address registered with NetSuite, or accept the populated address.

Tap Request Reset Link on the Reset Password screen with your email address.

Tap Back for iOS or OK for Android.

Follow the instructions sent to your email address.
