Performance Reviews
With the Performance Management feature, you can create and schedule performance reviews for employees using templates. Performance review templates include questions and an overall rating. Reviews also show the goals worked on during the review period.
Performance reviews show any goals worked on and Kudos received during the review period. Employees and managers can update the employee's area of focus right from the review to help plan for future development.
