Customize your Workbook
In the Commerce Search Analytics workbooks, there’s a pivot table for each site you’ve set up in NetSuite. By default, the timeline filter is set to Start Time is 2 days ago for all of them, but you can change it to a wider date range if you want.
To change the criteria filter to retrieve data for the past month:

Click the SuiteCommerce Top Searches link in the Standard Workbooks list on the Workbook Listing Page.

Go to the Datasets tab.

In the Criteria Summary, click the Start Time is 2 days ago filter.

In the Filter: Start Time window, set Days to on or after 1 month ago.

Click Apply.

Click any Site name tab and then click the refresh icon.
You’ll see the top searches for that website from the past month.
This procedure won’t change the standard workbook—it only shows your changes while the tab is open. If you want to save a version of the workbook with your customizations, make sure you click Save. For more information, see Custom Workbooks and Datasets.
