Addressing SuiteApp Installation Failures
Users in your install base can view the installation log from their NetSuite Accounts. The installation log on the Deployment Audit Trail page helps with troubleshooting install, upgrade, and uninstall failures. For more information, see Deployment Logs for SuiteCloud Projects.
Note:
A SuiteApp can only be upgraded to a version with a higher number than what's currently installed. If the new version fails to install, you can try installing the same version again.
