Customer Off-boarding

If a customer decides to off-board and close their account at HSBC, they need to submit a request by contacting the NetSuite Support team. Upon receipt of the request, you may be contacted by HSBC by email for additional information, documentation, or both.

It is recommended not to uninstall the SuiteApp, as doing so will result in the loss of data. In a multi-subsidiary account, if one subsidiary wants to off-board, the SuiteApp should not be uninstalled because the other active subsidiaries still need to initiate payments. An administrator has the ability to remove access for roles (such as AP Payment Clerk, AP Payment Manager, Vendor Master Clerk, or Vendor Master Approver) for users who are off-boarding.
