Verify Mappings
To ensure that the data flow is consistent with your business needs, you need check that the synced record has the accurate data. After doing a test sync or manual posting, compare the source record with the synced record to confirm that the mapped fields were synced. If you need to modify or add mappings, contact NetSuite Customer Support.
Important:
When a sync has been established between a NetSuite and Salesforce record, the synchronization of data is two-way. If any record gets modified, the other record is updated accordingly. All the mapped fields between the two records are updated with the edited values. If you only need to update specific fields, ensure that only those fields are mapped.
