Test a Sync

To test if the Salesforce Connector is working properly, you can create test product in Salesforce or in NetSuite.

To test a sync:

  1. In Salesforce, create a new product.

  2. In NetSuite, go to Connector Platform > Connector Platform Overview.

  3. Verify that there are no errors in the Error Report portlet.

  4. Verify that the product created in Salesforce is available in NetSuite.

    1. In NetSuite, go to Lists > Accounting > Items > Search.

    2. Check that the item now exists in NetSuite.
