Exporting to ADP (Canada)
After you have completed establishing the links between Workforce Management and ADP, you can export leave and hours worked.
To generate the export file, enter the start and finish dates of the period you would like to export and select which Workforce Management locations are to be included in the export.
Also, if needed, you can select the type of Employment Status and OT Exemption status to export from Workforce Management to ADP by clicking on the arrow next to the Employment/Wage item.
To export data to ADP (Canada):

Go to Workforce Management > Setup > Integrations.

From the Payroll systems list, select ADP (Canada).

On the ADP (Canada) configurations page, click the configuration you created.

On the configuration page, click Report.

On the Period section, enter the select the start and finish dates for the report.

On the Location section, choose the locations you want to include in the report.

Set the filters.

From the Available Choices panel on the left, select the locations .
If you want to select all locations, click Choose All.

To move the chosen locations to the Chosen Items panel on the right, click the blue right arrow symbol at the middle of the panels.
If you want to clear your chosen items, click Clear All.

On the Employment/wage section, select the employment status or statuses.

Part-time

Casual
-
Contract

From the Exemption status list, select a status.

Both exempt and non-exempt

Only exempt from overtime

Only non-exempt from overtime

(Optional) On the Employee(s) section, enter the name of an employee. Click to add them. You can add multiple employees.
If you do not select employees , the report will include data for all employees.

To view a sample of the report, click Preview.

To export an ADP-compatible CSV file of the report, click Download.
