Linking Jobs to ADP (Canada)

If you have opted to link Workforce Management Jobs to ADP Jobs, click on the Jobs menu item. From there, you will see a list of your Workforce Management Jobs. To link these Job to ADP Jobs, enter in the ADP Number associated with the Workforce Management Job you are wanting to link in the ADP Number data field.

After you link your Workforce Management Jobs to ADP Jobs, you can now export files and process payroll.

To link jobs to ADP (Canada):

Go to Workforce Management > Setup > Integrations.
From the Payroll systems list, select ADP (Canada).
On the ADP (Canada) configurations page, click the configuration you created.
On the configuration page, click Jobs.
Locate the jobs you want to link.
- In the Search field, enter the name of the job.
- From the list beside the Search field, filter to view either:
  - All Jobs
  - Unlinked Jobs
  - Linked Jobs
In the ADP Number column of the employee you want to link, enter the number.
To link the job, press Enter.
(Optional) To unlink the job, click Unlink on the corresponding row.
