Linking a Location and Job to ADP (US)

Follow the procedure.

To link a location and job to ADP (US) in WFM:

  1. Go to Workforce Management > Setup > Integrations > ADP (US).

  2. Click Location +Job.

  3. Locate the location and job combination you want to link.

    • In the Search field, enter the name of the location or job.

    • From the list beside the Search field, filter to view either:

      • All – Shows all location and job combinations.

      • Unlinked – Shows only unlinked combinations.

      • Linked – Shows only linked combinations.

  4. In the ADP cost code column of the location, enter the code.

    This code may have up to 50 characters.

  5. (Optional) To unlink a combination from a cost code, click Unlink on the corresponding row.
