Handling Storefront Order Corrections

By default, NetSuite Connector doesn't reimport orders from the storefront if the order is modified in the storefront. You can set up your storefront's connector to update synced orders when an order's modified.

To enable storefront order corrections:

  1. Log in to app.farapp.com.

  2. Select the connector and the relevant account.

  3. Go to Settings > Orders.

    The Order Settings page opens.

  4. Click Advanced Options.

  5. Check the Allow Order Corrections box.

  6. Click Save.
