Setting up a Spread of Hours Condition for Region-Based Overrides

To set up a spread of hours condition:

1. Open the region-based override. See Accessing Region-Based Wages or Overrides

2. Create the Spread of Hours condition.

   1. On the Region-based override page, click the Conditions subtab.

   2. Click + Create new Condition….

      The New Condition form appears.

   3. c. In the Name field, enter Spread of Hours.

   4. From the Type list, select Allowance or Penalty.

   5. In the Spread of time on day exceeds field, enter the number of excess hours that require an allowance to be added. For example, you may enter 10 hours.

3. Create the Spread of Hours multiplier.

   1. Click the Multipliers subtab.

   2. Click + New multiplier….

   3. From the Conditions list, select Spread of Hours [allowance].

   4. On the employment status section, check all the statuses where this multiplier applies.

   5. In the Rate field, enter the multiplier rate (%). This multiplier will be applied to the shift base rate.
