Configuring the Notification Content
A report can include data from the parent service record and related records, such as tasks, sales orders, time, expenses, images, and customer-specific custom records. Include only the data that the customer needs. Verify that each configured search returns the correct results for the selected case, task, or project task.
If the report requires company-specific information, use subsidiary data for branding, return addresses, tax identification, and logos. If the account has multiple subsidiaries, test the report for each applicable subsidiary.
