About Standard Notifications Templates
FSM installs template files in the File Cabinet under the SuiteApp template folder:

HTML files are email-body templates.

XML files are Advanced PDF/service-report templates.
Don't edit a standard template without preserving the original and documenting your custom version. Substantive changes to report templates can require knowledge of Advanced PDF/HTML, XML, and FreeMarker. Treat these changes as implementation or administrator work.
