User Verification
User Verification is a one-time process where you need to verify your identity and confirm that you're authorized to make payments from the listed bank accounts. If you add more bank accounts or verify a bank account that was pending deposit verification, you may need to complete this process again.
To complete user verification:

Go to Payment Automation > Payment Dashboard > View.

If you use OneWorld:

The Subsidiary Dashboard opens. Click Enabled.

In the Actions column, click View to open the Payment Dashboard for the selected subsidiary.
If you do not use OneWorld, the Payment Dashboard opens directly.

In the left panel, under Settings, click User Verification.

On the User Verification page, click Verify Identity to verify your identity for all the listed bank accounts.

Follow the instructions on the screen and provide information for the questions to complete the user verification.
