Access and Permissions for Benchmark 360

The SuiteApp does not require custom roles to access the Benchmark 360 dashboard. Users with an Administrator role can edit any standard roles in NetSuite and assign an access.

To give an access to a standard or custom role, go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles and click Edit beside the role. Under the Authentication section, check the box Benchmark 360 Access.

Access to Benchmark 360 Dashboard

Any standard and custom NetSuite roles with sufficient permissions can access the Benchmark 360 dashboard using the following navigation path:

Center

Navigation

Classic Center

Lists> Benchmark 360> Benchmark 360

Executive Center

Sales/Marketing> Lists> Benchmark 360

The Benchmark 360 dashboard supports only the NetSuite standard centers listed on the table.

Permissions for Benchmark 360

To assign permissions, an Administrator can go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles and click Edit beside the role. Under Permissions subtab, make sure you include the following permissions and access levels to the user's role:
