Schedule Board
The following behaviors can be observed within the Field Service schedule board.
Scheduling Recurring Tasks
When dragging recurring tasks on the schedule board to adjust their date, time, or assignee, only that single task will be modified. All future tasks will remain as-is and these changes will not be propagated down to future recurring instances. The recurrence pattern will remain unchanged and future tasks created as part of the recurrence will follow the original settings.
Custom Date Formats
Custom date formats are not currently supported on the schedule board. All dates are displayed in the format DD/MM/YYYY.
