Form W-2 FAQs
You can view your Form W-2 and Form W-2 C only when you choose Employee Center from the list of assigned roles. To know more about how to switch the roles, see Roles and Accounts. The latest five records for Form W-2 and Form W-2 C can be viewed under the Form W-2 subtab of the Payroll portlet. Click View All in the Form W-2 subtab to view all the forms that have been uploaded to NetSuite for your organization. See View your Form W-2 and Form W-2 C for more information.
The Form W-2 and Form W-2 C will be available for download effective from the financial year of 2024 onward. The forms for 2024 will be available for download from the Employee Center at a later date. If you want to download the forms for 2024 before that date, contact your payroll team.
What should I do if there is a mistake on my Form W-2? What is Form W-2 C?
If you notice any inaccuracy in your W-2, you need to inform your payroll team. In such cases, the necessary corrections will be made and a Form W-2 C will be issued. The appended C to a W-2 denotes it is an amendment to the original W-2 issued by the IRS. See Download Form W-2 and Form W-2 C for more information.

Who can download and view the information on my Form W-2?
As an employee, only you can download and view the information related to your Form W-2. Your Payroll Administrator can also download and view this information. However, neither you nor your Administrator can modify any information on the form. Any modifications or rectifications need to be processed through a support ticket and a Form W-2 C will be issued with the amended information.
What should I do if I forgot the password I set for my downloaded Form W-2?

Where can I view my downloaded Form W-2?
You should be able to view the downloaded PDF file in the default location where all your downloads are saved on the device.
How do I print my Form W-2?
Download the form as a PDF file using the process described in Download Your Form W-2 and Form W-2 C as a PDF Document. After downloading the form, you can print the form following the instructions in the PDF viewer you are using.
What if I lose my access to NetSuite? Can I still get my Form W-2 and Form W-2 C?
There are two scenarios in which you may lose access to NetSuite.

The first scenario is when you are no longer working the organization and your access to NetSuite has been revoked.

The second scenario is you have left and rejoined the organization. However, your details have been updated in a new Employee record. Thereby, you will not be able to access the old Employee record.
In either of the scenarios, you can contact your Payroll Administrator. They will download the required forms and share it with you.
