Exception Management Roles and Permissions
Exception Management (EM) is currently not available to all customers. The Exception Management feature depends on sufficient data volume and model training readiness. If you can't access Exception Management, contact your NetSuite Account Manager for guidance and next steps.
To enable the Exception Management feature, you must have the Administrator role.
To access the Exception Management page in NetSuite, you must have the Exception Management permission. This permission has two access levels:

View: With this access level, you can only view the Exception Management dashboard at Lists > Accounting > Exception Management.

Full: With this access level, you can view and resolve exceptions on the Exception Management dashboard.
Further, visibility of exceptions depends on your role's Subsidiary and Transaction Type permissions. You'll only see exceptions for subsidiaries and transaction types your role has access to.
