Create the Order Quote Approval Workflow
When creating the order quote approval workflow, fill in the following areas using the New Workflow form.
Basic Workflow Information
This procedure shows how to use the Workflow Manager to create a workflow and define the workflow properties, including workflow name, workflow base record, owner, and release status on the workflow definition page.
To define the new order quote approval workflow properties:

Go to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New.

The order quote approval workflow uses the following basic workflow information properties.

* Use Testing until the workflow is ready for production, then set it to Released.
Note:Name and ID fields should be named logically referring to the action of the workflow. For example, use the name “Order Quote Approval” and an ID such as “_orderquoteapprovals.” You should insert an underscore ( _ ) before the ID to enhance readability.

Check the Execute As Admin box under the Owner field to grant access to employee records.

After completing the basic workflow information, continue to define the workflow initiation.
Define Workflow Initiation
Workflow initiation is the action and conditions that trigger the workflow. This procedure shows how to use the Workflow Manager to define the workflow initiation for the order quote approval workflow.
To define the order quote approval workflow initiation:

In the Initiation section of the Workflow Manager, use the workflow intitiation properties noted in the following table.

Note:Event based workflows begin when a particular action occurs; scheduled workflows run at a particular time and frequency.

In the Event Definition section, check the On Create box.

In the Condition section, select Visual Builder.

Click the Open icon to open the Condition Builder.

Create a condition with the properties: noted in the following table.
