Mapping Custom Fields for CFOP Determination
To add more criteria to your Códigos Fiscais de Operações e Prestações (CFOP) determination rules, you must map the custom fields that should serve as the additional criteria.
You can map the following types of custom field for determining CFOP codes:

Custom entity field

Custom item field
-
Custom transaction body field
After you map a custom field, add it as a criterion of CFOP determination rules. For more information, see Adding Criteria to CFOP Determination Rules.
To map a custom field for CFOP determination:

Go to Setup > Brazil Localization > Field Mapping for CFOP > New.

In the Name field, enter a name to identify this custom field as an additional criterion for CFOP determination rules.
For example, enter the label of the field and where in NetSuite it appears: Tax regime from entity records.

In the Custom Field ID field, enter the ID of the custom field you want to add in CFOP determination rules.
