Mfg Mobile – Work Transaction Details

To view work transaction details:

  1. In the Custom subtab, click the Mfg. Mobile – Work Transactions Details tab.

  2. Click New Mfg Mobile – Work Transaction Details.

  3. In the View list select Default View or Mfg Mobile – Open Work Details.

  4. Select a Mfg Mobile – Work Transaction Details ID.

    Click the Open icon ( Open icon) to open the Mfg Mobile – Work Transactions Details page.

To create work transaction details:

  1. Click New Mfg Mobile – Work Transaction Details.

    The Work ID number is generated by the system when work starts.

  2. To backflush all the components in a work order at standard BOM rate during the build transaction, check the Backflush box.

  3. In the Time Allocated field, enter the time assigned to complete this work order task.

  4. To automatically build a transaction when produced quantity or consumed quantity is reported, check the Real Time box.

  5. Click Save.

Field

Description

Edit

Click the Edit link to open the Mfg. Mobile – Work Transaction Details page.

Work Order

The work order that contains the work details.

Click the work order link to open the Work Order page.

Assembly

The item produced or manufactured.

Click the hyperlink to open the Assembly/Bill of Materials page.

Location

The location assigned to the work order.

Click the hyperlink to open the Location page.

Work Order Quantity

The assembly item quantity produced for this work order.

Backflush

This column is displayed in the Default View.

If Yes is displayed, all work order components are automatically consumed at the standard BOM quantities.

If No is displayed, no work order components are consumed.

Backflush is compatible with or without real time build and WIP work orders.

Real Time

This column is displayed in the Default View.

If Yes is displayed, real time build automatically records ERP transactions when you report consumption or production in the mobile scanner.

If No is displayed, ERP transactions are recorded manually.

Work Center

The production area within the location where the work was performed.

Work Status

The status of the work. For example, Ready or Completed.

Operation Name

This column is displayed in the Default View.

The name of the operation in the manufacturing process.

Operation Sequence

This column is displayed in the Default View.

The sequence that the operation follows.

Is Lot Item

This column is displayed in the MFG Mobile – Open Work Details View.

Work Started By

The employee who started the work.

The following table describes the Complete Work Orders WIP and Non-WIP Work Orders.

Field

WIP Work Orders

 

Work Order is Created

Status is Ready when the work order is selected in the mobile application.

Consumption is done

Status is In Progress when consumption is reported or when production not yet processed.

Production is reported

Status is Partially Built.

Work Order can be Closed only from UI Level

In the Work Id, click End Work.

The Status can be completed only when manually work is ended for WIP Work orders.

Non-WIP Work Order Work Transactions

The details status is completed when the required quantity is built.
