Viewing System Notes for Changes Made by AI Features
System Notes can identify record changes made by artificial intelligence (AI) features. When an AI feature creates or changes a record, the AI Used column shows the source of the change.
The AI Used column identifies the AI feature or tool that was used to create or change the record. The Set By column shows the name of the user associated that initiated the action.
In System Notes v2, the AI Used column isn't visible by default. To see the column, check the AI Used box next to date filter fields.
In the current NetSuite experience, the AI Used column tracks only changes made by custom tools invoked through the NetSuite AI Connector Service.
In NetSuite Next, depending on the feature that made the change, the AI Used column shows one of the following values:
