Customer Center and My Account
SuiteCommerce My Account and the NetSuite Customer Center role work together, but they serve different purposes. The Customer Center role controls customer access and forms. SuiteCommerce controls the customer-facing My Account experience. To customize the Customer Center role, see Customizing the Customer Center Role.
To show different fields in order history, configure Transaction List Columns in the SuiteCommerce Configuration record. See Configure Transaction Columns. To collect additional information during checkout, use the SuiteCommerce Custom Fields extension when it's available for your domain. See Create Custom Fields Using an Extension.
Use Customer Center role customization for access, links, and sales-order forms. Use SuiteCommerce for a branded shopping, checkout, or My Account experience. Use an extension or SuiteCommerce Advanced when configuration doesn't meet your requirements.
