Deleting Duplicate and Stale DHRs Using the Review Assistant
The FAM Diagnostics portlet can scan for duplicate and stale depreciation history records (DHRs) without journal entries. Duplicate DHRs may occur when prior forecast DHRs aren't cleared before new forecast DHRs are generated. Stale DHRs may occur when forecast DHRs are generated but the related Asset Value records aren't updated properly.
When FAM Diagnostics finds duplicate or stale DHRs, you can use the Review Assistant to download a CSV file and review the DHRs selected for deletion before continuing.
To delete duplicate or stale DHRs:

From the FAM Diagnostics portlet, do the following:

If you're checking duplicate DHRs:

Click Check Duplicate DHRs.

On the Review Assistant, click Download Duplicate DHRs CSV.

If you're checking stale DHRs:

Click Check Stale DHRs.

On the Review Assistant, click Download Stale DHRs CSV.

On your computer, open the CSV file that you downloaded in the previous step.

Review the DHR list. Each row represents a duplicate or stale DHR that will be deleted if you continue.

On the Review Assistant, click Next to confirm deletion of the DHRs in the CSV file or click Cancel to resolve the DHRs later.
The system will also update the related Asset Value records for duplicate DHRs to enable future forecast DHR generation for affected assets during Precompute Depreciation Values processing

Click Finish to delete the duplicate or stale DHRs.
