Comparing a Local File with its Account Version with SuiteCloud Extension for Visual Studio Code
You can compare one of the files on your computer with its corresponding account version. The differences are highlighted in split editors. The files to be compared must be in the File Cabinet directory.
To compare a local file with its account version:

In VS Code, open the local file you want to compare with its account version.

Open the Command Palette and type
suitecloud
. -
From the dropdown list, select SuiteCloud: Compare with Account File.
Tip:You can also use the context menu option that appears when you right-click the name of the relevant file in the left hand-side menu.
The editor shows the two versions and highlights the differences between them.
